Rebecca Gelfand has counseled clients in complex commercial financing activity for over 20 years. She helps borrowers and lenders in an array of industries achieve their financing goals, including clients in the telecom, energy, manufacturing and financial services industries.
Rebecca has experience with senior, subordinated, secured, unsecured, bilateral and syndicated financings. She also has experience in acquisition financings, asset-based financings, new originations, restructurings and structured finance.
Rebecca’s cross-border financing experience includes managing US-based transactions involving overseas entities. Rebecca also has extensive experience providing US-based support for transactions based overseas involving US-based guarantors and pledgors. Similar to her domestic practice, her cross-border practice includes representation of both borrowers and lenders in diverse industries.
Rebecca has presented on commercial financing topics both internally and externally, including presentations on the LIBOR transition and on comparative differences between US and UK-based financing agreements.
