- a global depositary, custodian, fund administration group and management company on Irish law and EU regulatory issues stemming from the cross-border passporting of branches, related to capital requirements, remuneration, top up licensing, regulatory inspections, and drafting and reviewing applicable policies and procedures related to depositary, custody, fund administration and management company services
- management companies (including AIFMs, UCITS and Super ManCos), investment managers and investment managers on their respective regulatory obligations (including fitness and probity, outsourcing and cyber security), agreements (including service level agreements), distribution and marketing requirements and shareholder arrangements
- management companies, depositaries and fund administrators on regulatory requirements in relation to the safekeeping and valuation of digital assets and liaising with the innovation hub, policy and authorisation at the Central Bank of Ireland (the “CBI”)
- advising the owners of a bank, broker, management company group on all regulatory aspects associated with a restructuring to include a regulatory review of governance, AML, remuneration policies in line with CRD IV/V/CRR II/IFD/R and assisting with all relevant correspondence with the CBI
- advising a number of financial institutions on change of control requirements, regulatory filings and liaising with the Central Bank of Ireland, most recently on behalf of a global financial services entity with an Irish Super ManCo, fund administrator and other credit servicing authorisations and co-ordinating advice across multiple EU and non EEA locations
