We are delighted to have advised The Ardonagh Group on its acquisition of the Swiss/Austrian insurance broker ASSEPRO from the German private equity house EMZ Partners and further shareholders.

Eversheds Sutherland have acted for Ardonagh on a number of recent transactions which build on a long-standing client relationship with Arachas, their hugely successful portfolio group company in Ireland.

The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by the Irish team of Gavin O'Flaherty and Maria O'Brien, both Partners in our Corporate team, our Swiss team was led by Marc Nufer and Alex Schütz, supported by Lorenz Raess and Michael Lepper, Sebastian Borer and Silva Palzer in Eversheds Sutherland Austria and Martin Mankalaby and Shelley Evans in Eversheds Sutherland UK.
