Sarah is a senior associate in our corporate & commercial group based at the Melrose Arch office in Johannesburg.
Her experience includes assisting with reviewing and drafting various commercial contracts, commercial transactions, B-BBEE structures and general corporate/commercial compliance for both local and international clients.
In her first year as a candidate attorney she was placed in our Employment Law department where she assisted with the administration of client files, drafting of arguments, preparation for arbitration, internal disciplinaries and litigation. She was seconded for several months during this time where she acted as internal legal advisor.

Sarah's recent experience includes:
- Part of the team that advised Nu Leaf Holdings in respect of its acquisition of a stake in Freshgold Local (Pty) Ltd, including drafting, negotiating and finalising Nu Leaf Holdings subscription for shares in Freshgold Local (Pty) Ltd.
- Part of the team that assisted and advised Epiroc Canada Holdings Inc ("Epiroc"), a leading productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries, in respect of its acquisition of 100% of MineRP Holdings Inc. ("MineRP"), a software company specializing in increasing productivity for mines through integrated planning, execution and analytics. Both Epiroc and MineRP are based in Canada but have interests and a in South Africa.
She graduated from the University of Pretoria with a BA Law degree in 2016 and cum laude from her LLB degree in 2018.
