He has experience in a variety of industries, with particular experience in technology-driven businesses, services businesses, and manufacturing. Bob also works with clients on organizational structuring and governance matters. 

Bob has served as the Chairman of the Business Law Section of the Georgia State Bar, President of the Southeastern Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance, and as the practice group leader for the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Bob currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
