AIFMD II implementation tracker

This digital implementation tracker provides a dynamic overview of each country’s legislative journey toward implementation. Now also including Channel Islands and EEA EFTA States. We will continuously update the timeline to reflect new developments and expand the scope of tracked milestones and questions as needed.The implementation tracker includes:

• A RAG status for each Member State:
  • Red indicates no steps taken toward implementation
  • Amber indicates initial steps underway
  • Green indicates implementation completed
• A summary of legislative actions taken to date
• Links to official source materials, where available

The tracker will be updated regularly to reflect new legislative developments and expanded to include additional milestones and relevant commentary as needed.
