Equistone Partners Europe on its multi-jurisdictional carve-out acquisition of Indian based financial services firm Acuity Knowledge Partners from Moody’s Corporation;
BCI and PAI Partners on their co-investment and consortium arrangements relating to KKR’s EUR 6 billion acquisition of Refresco B.V.;
BCI, Preservation Capital Partners and Eurazeo on their portfolio company’s (BMS Insurance) acquisition of insurance broker DR&P from Inflexion Private Equity Partners;
Montagu Private Equity Partners on:
