Eversheds Sutherland is proud to announce its role in advising EQT Exeter on the successful acquisition, development and lease of a state-of-the-art dried fruits and nuts storage facility in Hückelhoven, with a strong focus on sustainability.
The storage facility with a gross floor area of approximately 67,582.90 sqm, is equipped with approximately 120 car parking spaces, 52 lorry parking spaces, and 26 trailer parking spaces, along with outdoor facilities.
The core team advising on this transaction consisted of Marc Schwencke, Kathrin Paulet, and Laura Gerdes, who were supported by Janis Heiliger (construction law), Anthony Cross, and Johannes Pfeiffer (both M&A). Gitta Gehring from Berkers Cie. advised EQT Exeter on all tax related questions.
