We represented Imagon Oy in the sale of its subsidiaries

Imagon Oy has sold the entire stocks of its subsidiaries Imagon AB and Imagon AS to BrandFactory Scandinavia AB. The transaction strengthens Imagon’s strategic decisions. Business operations will be focused on Finland and on expanding to the international markets through the Finnish company.

Imagon is one of Finland's leading companies in the field of illuminated signs and signages, also offering its customers indoor and outdoor products and services, such as large format prints, for business and office premises.

BrandFactory Scandinavia AB is the leading full-service provider of visual communication in Sweden and the Nordic countries.

Partner Kirsi Karvonen was responsible for the assignment. The team also included Associate Arttu Liipo, and on taxation matters Partner Torsti Lakari.
