She specializes in dispute resolution. Dominika has more than 10 years of experience in litigation. She represents clients in international arbitration proceedings (commercial and investment) and court proceedings in Poland. She is also involved in obtaining Third-Party Funding for disputes and advising foreign investors on extending treaty protection to their investments.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at the Polish and international law firms.
Dominika has experience in representing clients in arbitrations conducted under the major rules of the permanent arbitration courts (SCC, ICC, LCIA) and the UNCITRAL rules.
