Eversheds Sutherland Advises on Blue Owl Capital Corporation and Blue Owl Capital Corporation III Merger Agreement

Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to announce that it advised the special committee of Blue Owl Capital Corporation (NYSE: OBDC) in connection with the definitive merger agreement announced last week by Blue Owl Capital Corporation and Blue Owl Capital Corporation III (NYSE: OBDE).

The transaction will create the second largest publicly traded BDC by total assets, with $18.4 billion of total assets on a pro forma basis at fair value.

Completion of the proposed merger is subject to OBDC and OBDE shareholder approvals, customary regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
