Eversheds Saladžius joins the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital AssociationMarch 01, 2024 We are delighted to become a member of the Lithuanian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (LT VCA). LT VCA unites all the main PE&VC market players in Lithuania and acts as the main facilitator in growing PE/VC ecosystem and improving the regulatory environment for the healthy functioning of the private capital market in Lithuania. It brings together 60 members, who have invested over EUR 300 M into Lithuanian companies and are managing assets of almost 2 billion EUR. By joining the association, we are looking forward to strengthening our current links and developing further partnerships with PE/VC market players. We are also keen to be at the forefront of developing a better regulatory environment and would be pleased to enhance the ecosystem with our insights and experience.
