Tomáš Jelínek is focusing on labour law, insolvency law and litigation and arbitration. He is also head of the insolvency and restructuring team.
Tomáš joined our office in 2014. In addition to his legal practice, he also lectures and publishes, is the author or co-author of a number of articles in the field of labor law and C. H. Beck's commentary on the Labor Code.
Tomáš offers expertise in insolvency law and employment disputes and is active in general everyday labor law matters.

Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the University of Economics in Prague. He also studied at the Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna.
