Triin has many years of experience in practicing as an attorney. Her main focus areas are corporate law, M&A and competition law. She has assisted clients in various business sectors with carrying out complex restructuring projects and advised in matters related to relations between shareholders. She is also experienced in drafting and negotiating business agreements and providing clients legal support in their daily corporate matters.
For a considerable part of Triin’s career, she has focused on competition law. She has worked for eight years in Estonian Competition Authority where she mainly performed supervision over companies suspected of abuse of dominant position, but also advised the merger control department in more complex merger cases. As an attorney, she has advised clients in all areas of competition law which include cartels, vertical restraints, abuse of dominance, merger control and state aid.
