Meghan specialises in advisory work to boards, Corporate Recovery, Corporate Restructuring, Directors duties advice, reviewing and enforcing security for Lenders and protection of Directors in complex corporate restructuring.
Meghan’s recent experience includes:
- advising one of the largest central SOEs in China’s construction sector in relation to the restructuring of its debt and equity investment in a circa € 500 million capital structure of a Spanish headquartered international construction company
- Eversheds Sutherland’s Nottingham Restructuring Team is praised as one of the leading restructuring teams in the Midlands reflected by its Tier One status in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners acting on a number of high-profile restructuring and insolvency assignments
- Meghan is a member of the Turnaround Management Association’s Next Gen committee in the East Midlands
