Her practice encompasses both day-to-day employment matters and more complex legal issues, with a focus on providing clear and practical guidance tailored to her clients’ needs and business objectives.
Elvira’s experience spans the entire employment relationship lifecycle, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, benefits structures and policies and handbooks. She regularly advises on various types of leave, equal pay and gender pay gap reporting. She also handles reorganizations, redundancies, business transfers, performance management, workplace incidents and termination of employment due to personal reasons.
In addition, Elvira frequently provides employment and pension-related input on corporate transactions, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.
Elvira further advises on collective bargaining agreements and trade union relations, and she has been seconded to a Swedish employer’s association where she supported the client on a variety of employment law matters. This hands-on experience has deepened her understanding of the practical and strategic considerations facing employers.
