- running and managing a challenging portfolio of a variety of claims, often brought by difficult litigants in person, for several large financial institutions
- acting for several pension providers and administrators concerning issues such as negligent investment advice and pension liberation scams, and including allegations brought pursuant to FSMA, COBS and the FCA Handbook
