We are pleased to announce the launch of our annual Responsible Business Reports 2023.

The reports celebrate the progress we have made as a responsible business and in integrating sustainable practices throughout our operations. They also outline some of the challenges we face, how we plan to address these challenges, and our ambitions for the future.
Highlights from this year include the launch of our new five-year global partnership with the International Rescue Committee, our global efforts to reduce carbon emissions, and the launch of a new global Ethical Code of Conduct.

Ethical Code of Conduct
We are also pleased to launch our new global Ethical Code of Conduct. As part of our commitment to being a responsible business, this Ethical Code sets out how we should conduct ourselves with our clients, our communities and each other. Aligned with our purpose and values, the Code is grounded in our belief that our people will instinctively act with integrity and honesty, always seeking to do the right thing, and acting in accord with any applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
