We acted as exclusive advisor to Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy and Riihimäen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy in a transaction where Alligo acquired all shares of both companies. The companies operate in several locations in Southern Finland and sell tools, supplies, industrial components, workwear and personal protective equipment.

Alligo is a leading player in workwear, personal protective equipment, tools and consumables in the Nordic countries.

Partner Antti Husa was responsible for the assignment. At different stages, the team also included COO Antti Liimatainen, M&A Managers Max Tarkkala and Santeri Vaattovaara, Analyst Roope Grönholm, Senior Associates Alexiina Ahonkivi and Lavinia Husa, Partner Torsti Lakari, Associate Anna Ahava and Partners Olli Hyvönen and Markus Rämö.
