Adam represents both strategic and private equity clients in domestic and cross-border transactional matters.
Adam's practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity financings, joint ventures and exit strategies. Adam also counsels clients on corporate reorganizations and general corporate governance matters. Adam advises clients across a number of different industries, including healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, technology and others.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Adam practiced at a global law firm in Chicago, where he represented private equity clients and private and public companies in a variety of transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.
