Jukka-Pekka is a Senior Advisor who is specialised in technology, international trade, financing, M&A, restructuring and insolvency.
Jukka-Pekka is a truly strategic advisor due to his expertise in building, designing and leading large infrastructure and investment projects and experience in complex corporate and turnaround matters. Jukka-Pekka is also highly regarded within communications and competition law and technology.
Jukka-Pekka has been actively developing new technologies and is acting as lead advisor for companies building a European digital platform.
Previously he has advised Finnish government and institutional investors in build-out of Sea Lion data cable between Finland and Germany and developing Nordic region a major data hub with large scale data center investments. This has been one of the key strategic investments in the Nordic region and legal advice consisted of successful state aid notification to the European Commission, structuring a data infrastructure and services company Corenet together with new investments and creating a new entity Cinia. Currently Jukka-Pekka has also advised financial investors in data center development with several other investment initiatives.
