Hanna is an Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Banking & Finance group in Stockholm with a focus on equity capital markets.
Hanna regularly advises national and international clients on securities market related transactions such as rights issues, directed issues, incentive programs, stock market listings and public M&A. Hanna also focuses on general corporate governance and provides ongoing advice on compliance with capital markets regulations, including information requirements for listed companies, and other corporate law matters.
