Marco Hösch is an Associate in the Real Estate practice group in Düsseldorf and advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate development, in particular on data centre and renewable energy projects.
He supports clients in transactions and development projects, in particular in connection with issues of planning, permitting and environmental law.
During his legal clerkship, Marco Hösch operated as a compliance manager for an international commodities company.
He studied law at the universities of Bielefeld and Münster. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Münster, including stages at international law firms in the areas of corporate/M&A and real estate.
Marco’s recent experience includes:
- advising EQT on the acquisition of a portfolio of five highly attractive logistics facilities in operation
- advising DLH Real Estate Germany on the creation of planning law for 60,000 m² of state-of-the-art, sustainable logistics and storage space that sets new standards (KfW-40, DGNB Gold, taxonomy-compliant, self-sufficient in fossil fuels)
- supporting clients in transactions and development projects, in particular in connection with issues of planning, permitting and environmental law
- advising a Chinese wind turbine generator manufacturer on supplying WTG for an offshore project
- advising a project developer on the consenting of a large scale battery storage project
