She advises French and international clients on various aspects of French and European competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, restrictive trade practices and abuse of dominant position.
Chloé also advises on general commercial matters such as distribution agreements, agency agreements, service agreements and general terms and conditions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, she holds a master's degree in Competition and contract Law from Paris Saclay University. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Chloé completed several experiences in French and Belgian law firm.
