Michelle is a Partner in our Real Estate Department and advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of commercial real estate and leasing transactions.
Michelle has broad experience acting for a number of leading Irish and international clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties, commercial lettings, financing and restructuring or property assets and asset management.
She also regularly collaborates with colleagues across the firm in particular as a real estate advisor to our banking and corporate departments on financing transactions or corporate restructuring matters.
