We assisted in the sale of the shares of Integrations Oy

We acted as advisors to the sellers in the sale of a 51% stake in the share capital of Integrations Oy to Siili Solutions Plc. Siili has committed to acquiring the remaining shares in future years in installments, under terms specified in a shareholder agreement.

Siili Solutions Plc, founded in 2005, is a consulting company specializing in the creative design and technical implementation of software systems, independent of any specific technology.
