Ziyang “Zia” Liu advises clients on federal and international tax planning and transactional matters.
Prior to law school, Zia worked in one of the China offices for a Big 4 accounting firm, where she gained experience advising companies on transfer pricing issues and cross-border transactions. As a law student, Zia represented clients of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) in settling their tax debts with the IRS. She also participated in Eversheds Sutherland’s summer associate program.
