Claire is a Partner in our Construction and Engineering group and is based in our Manchester office.
She is a construction litigator specializing in the resolution and avoidance of high-value, technically complex, construction and engineering disputes, with experience in litigation, adjudication mediation, domestic and international arbitration. Claire has acted for employers, contractors, subcontractors and professionals across a wide range of projects, including large-scale infrastructure projects, energy and utility projects. She has the benefit of her experience of professional negligence claims for design and build contractors concerning defects.

Claire’s recent experience includes:
- acting on a large high-value rail infrastructure contract dispute in the TCC
- acting for a civil engineering contractor in a series of adjudications and TCC litigation on a dispute arising from an energy-from-waste plant and final account dispute for a major housing provider
