Alfredo is a Senior Associate in our Milan office and specializes in corporate and commercial law.
He provides advice to domestic and multinational companies on M&A matters, contracts, negotiation, drafting of and advice on extra-judicial compositions dealing with a variety of legal issues relating to a wide range of international and domestic commercial contracts, as well as day-to-day corporate matters.
Alfredo has also gained significant experience in the field of capital markets working with regulated companies (listed companies, banks, SGR, SIM, SPAC) and assisting them during the listing process.
Before joining the firm, he worked for an important Italian law firm, and he also undertook a secondment to a listed company active in the field of banking and finance.
