Vasco specialises in financial law, and advises banks, companies and investment funds.
His experience covers corporate lending (including acquisition financing, syndicated loans, asset financing, cash pooling and real estate financing), structured finance (including covered bonds, securitisations and factoring) and financial restructuring. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2024, he worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Rutgers & Posch.
