Eesti Keskkonnateenused and its group companies provide a wide range of waste management services including collection, transportation of municipal solid waste, construction waste, as well as recycling and resale of secondary raw materials. EKT increasingly engages in cleaning of streets and public areas and hazardous waste collection and treatment.  Our team’ advice included the development of the legal structure of the management buyout, development of the financing structure for the transaction, drafting and negotiating the share-purchase documentation, the shareholders’ agreement, all the corporate documentation and the financing documentation as well as managing closing process.
