Something to shout about: Successful representation of the Slovak Republic in a major lawsuit against Interblue

On 23 February 2022, the decision of the appellate court confirming the judgment of the District Court Bratislava in the proceedings with the alleged legal successor of Interblue company, known from the so-called emission case, came into effect and is final. The claim of approx. EUR 60 million including interest against the Slovak Republic was dismissed entirely.
