Claire Scavone advises clients on complex business and commercial litigation, with a focus on class actions complaints, data privacy and cybersecurity.
Claire advises clients on complex litigation and arbitration across the country, including consumer class actions and privacy-related litigation. Claire also represents clients in construction and antitrust litigation, as well as employment disputes.
In addition, she advises businesses on cybersecurity and privacy compliance matters and provides practical advice on state privacy laws and Federal sectoral privacy laws. She also drafts and advises on internal compliance and procedures to help businesses comply with regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Claire was a judicial intern to the presiding Justice David Nahmias of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
