Sophia is a Principal Associate at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich and a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group.
She advises on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructurings of international companies. Additionally, she provides advice on national and international stock corporation law and group law matters, as well as questions regarding corporate governance.
Sophia studied law at the University of Konstanz and obtained her LL.M degree in Business Law from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. During her legal traineeship, she worked for firms in New York and Singapore. In addition to her admission to the bar in Germany, she is also admitted to practice as attorney-at-law in New York (USA).
