- a domestic lending institution in respect of the provision of acquisition facilities to a Northern Irish based builders merchants for the acquisition of a building supplies company
- a sponsor and Newco / MBO team in connection with the provision of €28m in senior funding to part fund the MBO of a large domestic engineering group and to provide working capital facilities
- a UK lender in connection with the provision of term and invoice discounting facilities in connection with the acquisition of a Northern Irish based company
- a UK lender in connection with the provision of term and invoice discounting facilities in connection with the acquisition of an oil company
