Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) ("Astor Group") operates in the defense industry, providing products, services, and technical solutions for military defense and civil security, as well as industrial sector applications. Astor Group is based in Sweden and is listed on NGM Nordic SME under the ticker symbol ASTOR.

The proceeds from the share issue will support the company’s continued growth and development within its business areas.

Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Mark Falkner, Kevin Holmkvist and Hanna Ullerholt. Pareto Securities AB acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with the directed share issue.
