Eversheds Sutherland has advised Varenne AB and Zenith Venture Capital in connection with the divestment of a significant minority stake in Marshall Group AB to Altor Funds.

Marshall Group is an audio, tech and design powerhouse uniting musicians and music lovers through genre-breaking innovation with brands such as Marshall, Natal Drums, Urbanears, and adidas headphones.

Zenith Venture Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in the Nordic tech scene striving for diversity.
