He represents public and private companies, including financial sponsors in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, equity investments and corporate governance matters. He advises his clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including negotiation of all transaction agreements, overseeing due diligence investigations, coordinating deal teams and advising on legal and business issues.
Craig regularly speaks on securities and M&A-related topics, including at conferences by the Practising Law Institute.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Craig worked in the M&A practice of a large global law firm. Prior to his legal career, he worked at Arthur Andersen LLP and Protiviti Inc. as an internal audit and risk consultant.
