Lucy is an associate in our commercial dispute resolution team and has experience in procurement challenges, breach of contract claims and commercial disputes.
Her recent experience includes acting on behalf of water clients in responding to a Judicial Review claim, as well as responding to Ofwat, assisting a university with an internal investigation into some of its students, and assisting a client in bringing a procurement challenge.
She contributes regularly to the client-facing material produced by the water sector group and government and infrastructure group, particularly on procurement law updates.
She has also worked with the Inquiries & Investigation Team on two Public Inquiries, the Telford Inquiry and the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. She completed extensive document review tasks in complex and emotionally challenging areas, and advised the client on key aspects of the Inquiry.
