Hollie has acted for a range of clients including private property holding and investment companies, senior living developers, luxury residential developers and multinational retailers.
On the transactional side, Hollie has advised on the procurement and delivery of maintenance, refurbishment and redevelopment projects in relation to a £6bn high-end, mixed-use property portfolio in the West End for an overseas investor. Hollie has also supported with drafting and negotiating various JCT contracts for a number of high end senior living developers. On the disputes side, Hollie has assisted with a series of adjudications in respect of variation accounts, delay and disruption relating to the design and construction of a luxury residential development in London, supports on claims arising out of the Building Safety Act and has experience in assisting with arbitration proceedings. Hollie has also advised clients on the merits of their claims and provided advice around dispute avoidance in connection with claims for extensions of time and loss and expense.
