She counsels investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), closed-end funds, and business development companies (BDCs) and their investment advisers on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters.
Krisztina concentrates on issues involving the Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and related federal securities laws. Krisztina's experience includes advising clients on organizing and launching funds, regulatory compliance, fund reorganizations and acquisitions, and fund governance. She also represents clients in interactions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Krisztina was an associate in the Investment Management practice of a large national law firm. Prior to this, Krisztina was a senior internal auditor at Huntington National Bank where she conducted financial and operational audits.
