Eversheds Sutherland advised ASKO Holding and its subsidiary Başak Traktör in a transaction that included the purchase of 97% of the shares of Buhler Industries Inc. from Combine Factory Rostselmash Ltd., and the acquisition of all the outstanding debt of Buhler Industries owed to Rostselmash.
