Yasman is an attorney (Avocat à la Cour – Paris and Luxembourg Bars) in our Luxembourg corporate M&A group.
She has corporate transactional experience advising on a wide range of transactions, including private acquisitions, cross-border mergers, demergers, equity and debt restructurings, and corporate finance.
Yasman also advises on general corporate governance matters.
The Legal 500 2017 describes Yasman as a “next M&A generation lawyer in Luxembourg” and as “having a clear overview of the key issues in cross-border transactions.”
