Petra’s core areas of work include employment and CEO agreements, terminations of employment and service relationships, co-operation negotiations, occupational health and safety, whistleblower protection, workplace data privacy, non-compete and non-solicitation arrangements, transfers of undertakings, working time and leave entitlements, discrimination and equality, workplace policies and guidelines, as well as day-to-day employment advisory work. Petra also represents clients in employment-related litigation in both civil and criminal matters, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Petra also regularly trains clients and professional audiences on current employment law topics.
In addition, Petra serves as a member of a delegation of the Finnish Bar Association.
Outside of work, Petra enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as good food, travel, cottage life, sports, and music.
