Long-term collaboration between Eversheds Sutherland and the European Investment Bank

We are pleased to announce our long-term collaboration to support the European Innovation Council Fund (EIC Fund) and its investment advisor the European Investment Bank (EIB), as legal partner for the investment component of the EIC Accelerator Program.

The EIC Accelerator targets highly innovative and research-intensive breakthrough technologies and game changing innovations based in the European Union, with the potential to scale-up internationally and become market leaders.

We will be supporting the EIC Fund in legal matters relating to the investments under the Accelerator Program in 21 jurisdictions. Our international team is led by Marc Nufer (Head M&A Switzerland) and Lorenz Raess (project coordinator), and includes a dedicated team of lawyers in the following jurisdictions (lead partner):
