Dan is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Protection department.
Dan regularly advises a broad range of clients in relation to all aspects of their data protection compliance obligations, their commercial contracts, and on large-scale corporate transactions. In particular, Dan has experience in the management of statutory inquiries before the Irish Data Protection Commission, and on international transactions from inception through to closing. Dan has also sat in both Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and IBM Ireland on secondments.
