Susan advises entrepreneurial and institutional investors, owners, and developers on all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
This includes acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and development of multistate commercial real estate projects.
She has extensive experience across the country with a broad spectrum of real estate property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hotel, golf course, casino, senior housing, hospital, manufactured home and mixed-used properties. Susan also prepares and negotiates complex joint venture agreements, and she has substantial experience representing both landlord and tenant clients in retail, office, and industrial lease transactions.
