Sandra provides comprehensive advice on M&A transactions as well as on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. She has extensive experience in advising Chinese investors and worked as a secondee at the Peking office of King & Wood. She specialises in national and cross-border company acquisitions, public takeovers, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations and frequently advises her clients on investment control proceedings under foreign trade law. Moreover, she advises industrial clients on all questions of group law and commercial law and has special expertise in the area of M&A insurance.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in 2024, she worked for two other renowned international law firms.
