She has 18 years of experience advising on administrative law, environmental protection, energy, waste management, water and construction law, as well as spatial planning and heritage protection regulations.
She advises both Polish and international clients, with a particular focus on the energy, construction, waste management and water infrastructure sectors. She specialises in advising companies operating in the renewable energy sector.
A key area of her expertise is international regulation governing the development and implementation of energy projects, in particular environmental requirements relating to offshore wind farm projects and the extraction and transport of raw materials.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, she worked for investors and EPC contractors in the energy sector, as well as for leading Polish and international law firms.
