Max is a Senior Associate in the Finance Group in our Manchester Office.
He has experience in a broad range of corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, both non-contentious and contentious. He advises banks, accountants and corporate clients on various insolvency and restructuring issues, including security enforcement, distressed disposals and directors’ duties.
